Clifford Chance advises AXA Belgium on the transfer of a EUR 2.6 billion closed book of life insurances to Monument Re
Clifford Chance is advising AXA Belgium on the transfer of a closed book of life insurances with BEGAAP provisions of EUR 2.6 billion to Monument Re, through its subsidiary Monument Assurance Belgium. The transaction was announced on 21 December 2021. Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
