Clifford Chance assisted ITV Studios in the establishment of the new company Cattleya Producciones

Clifford Chance assisted ITV Studios -a British company specialed in television production and distribution- in the establishment, together with its subsidiary Cattleya -one of the main independent production companies in Italy- of Cattleya Producciones, the first Spanish production company of the ITV Group dedicated to the creation of TV series and films for the Iberian and international market.

Clifford Chance assisted ITV Studios in all legal and fiscal aspects related to the establishment of the new company and the completion of the investment, with a cross-border team from the Milan and Madrid offices, led by partner Claudio Cerabolini, with counsel Francesca Casini and trainee Lorena Sarah Loos (all Corporate, Milan); Tax profiles were handled by partner Carlo Galli (Tax, Milan).

For the Spanish law profiles the advise was provided by partner Luis Alonso, assisted by senior associates Pablo Murcia and Jose M. Llanos Alperi and junior associate Enrique Fanego Rodríguez, for corporate aspects and by senior associate Jorge Martín-Fernández for labor law aspects; Spanish tax law advise was handled by Pablo Serrano de Haro, Fernando Escribano and Carlos Carrera.
