Jorge Martín Fernández heads up the Employment and Incentives practice in Spain. 

Jorge has 20 years of experience advising in the employment aspects of M&A, restructurings, executive hiring and dismissals, incentive schemes and complex employment litigation.

His clients include multinational companies and leading domestic corporates across a range of sectors, including banks, private equity houses, tech and pharma companies.

  • Several private equity investors on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of management incentive plans following their acquisition of portfolio companies
  • Various companies across a range of sectors on restructuring processes, including collective dismissal procedure in connection with the closure of operations
