He joined Clifford Chance 2007 and specialises in employment law. He has over 15 years' experience advising on domestic and cross-border labour and social security matters.
Jorge regularly advises international and domestic clients on management contracts, incentive plans, litigation procedures, restructuring processes, termination and modification of employment contracts and on the employment aspects over M&A transactions.
