International law firm Clifford Chance advises THG on its option and collaboration agreement with SB Management, a subsidiary of SoftBank Group Corp., with the intention to explore future commercial arrangements between them, together with the grant of a $1.6bn option over THG Ingenuity, implying an enterprise value for THG Ingenuity of $6.3bn.
In addition, and contemporaneously, law firm Clifford Chance has advised THG on its $1bn equity capital raising consisting of a subscription of approximately $730m and a placing of up to $270m.
