Clifford Chance advised Grenergy on the financing of a portfolio of projects located in Chile. The portfolio consists of several solar photovoltaic projects with a combined minimum capacity of approximately 120MW, once fully constructed and operational.

The financing consisted of, among other components, a credit agreement entered into with Natixis New York Branch for an approximate amount of USD$90,950,000 subject to laws of the State of New York.

The Clifford Chance core team consisted of Madrid Project lawyers Eduardo Sánchez, Gabriel Miranda, Alejandro Cubillo and José Guardo, who were assisted by a Washington, DC-based team comprising partner Fabricio Longhin and Special Legal Consultant  Alan Sakar Azuara.
