Clifford Chance berät BNP Paribas REIM beim Kauf des Münchner Bürogebäudes "NOVE by Citterio"

Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) Germany on the purchase of the "NOVE by Citterio" office building in Munich. The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the purchase price. BNP Paribas REIM Germany acquired the property on behalf of a German institutional investor for which it manages a European investment vehicle.

Work on the construction of the high-end property began in mid-2015 on a 7,300 square metres site located on the corner of Luise-Ullrich-Strasse and Lilli-Palmer-Strasse in Munich. Completion is scheduled for the first half of 2017. The complex will have a total lettable area of almost 31,000 square metres, with almost 27,000 square metres of office space. The remainder is split between restaurant, retail and storage space. The building will also have 430 underground parking spaces.

The well-known Italian architect and designer Antonio Citterio was responsible for the design of the building and its interior. The renowned Swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea designed the outdoor areas.

Die internationale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) Germany beim Kauf des im Münchner Arnulfpark gelegenen Bürogebäudes "NOVE by Citterio" beraten. Über den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. BNP Paribas REIM Germany hat die Immobilie für einen deutschen institutionellen Investor erworben, für den sie ein europaweites Investmentvehikel managt.

Die hochwertige Immobilie entsteht seit Mitte 2015 auf 7.300 Quadratmetern Baugrund an der Luise-Ullrich-Straße, Ecke Lilli-Palmer-Straße. Die Fertigstellung ist für das erste Halbjahr 2017 vorgesehen. Der Komplex wird eine Gesamtmietfläche von annähernd 31.000 Quadratmetern haben, davon knapp 27.000 Quadratmeter Bürofläche. Der Rest verteilt sich auf Gastronomie, Einzelhandel und Lager. Hinzu kommen 430 Tiefgaragenstellplätze.

Der weltweit bekannte Architekt und Designer Antonio Citterio aus Mailand zeichnet für das Gebäude und das Interior-Design verantwortlich. Die Gestaltung der Außenanlagen übernimmt der international renommierte Schweizer Landschaftsarchitekt Enzo Enea.
