The horizon scanner identifies and summarises key EU and UK regulatory initiatives that are likely to have an impact upon asset management firms providing services in the EU and the UK. It also sets out projected timelines for the finalisation of these regulatory developments, covering approximately the next 18 months to two years.

Our Spring 2022 version of the scanner reflects the latest developments on each initiative, as of April 2022, and includes new initiatives that are gathering momentum, such as MiCA, DORA and the UK's proposed investment product labels.
