Clifford Chance advises APA Corporation on strategic partnership for offshore block in Uruguay
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised APA Corporation on its farm-down of 40% of its participating interest in Block 6, offshore Uruguay, to Eni S.p.A. Pending all government approvals, APA will retain a 60% working interest and will continue to operate the block.
