Clifford Chance advises Tiger Infrastructure Partners on their Transformational Growth Capital Investment in Orbis Protect

Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising Tiger Infrastructure Partners on their transformational growth capital investment in Orbis Protect, a leading UK-based owner and operator of technology-enabled security infrastructure providing essential protection services to critical assets and property.

Tiger Infrastructure Partners will provide growth capital to accelerate the company's market expansion in the UK and internationally with a focus on best-in-class proprietary and AI-driven technology solutions, given high-growth demand for these services.

The firm's cross-practice team was led by Partners Charlotte Madden and Emma Ghaffari, Director Martin Kolmar, Senior Associates Joshua Higgins and Louise Murray, and Associates Shoshana Leibovici and Ruth McAteer. Partner Matt Dunn and Senior Associate Will Goulbourne led on financing aspects, with additional support provided by the firm's Antitrust and Tax teams.
