Clifford Chance advises dealer managers on tender offer by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the dealer managers in connection with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc.'s (NYSE: ARE) partial waterfall tender offer of up to US$800 million in the aggregate, which was upsized to approximately US$952 million, of its outstanding 3.000% Senior Notes due 2051, 3.550% Senior Notes due 2052 and 4.000% Senior Notes due 2050.
The New York based capital markets team was led by partner Andrew Epstein, counsel Tae Ho Cho and associate Jarek Peterson, along with partner Gary Brooks. They were further assisted by law clerk Kayla He. Partner Michael Seaton and associate Milica Pavlovic assisted with tax matters.
