Clifford Chance advises KKR on acquisition of Techone
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised global investment firm KKR on the acquisition of Techone, a Dutch managed service provider, to further strengthen its position in digital workplace solutions for SMEs.
KKR's acquisition will enable Techone to accelerate growth, expand its service offering, and pursue new opportunities outside the Netherlands. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Read more about the acquisition here.
The cross-border Clifford Chance team was led by Jan-Hendrik Horsmeier, Patrick Scott and Ernst van der Touw, and further comprised of Ruben van Diepen, Dolyne Munyampeta, Dounia Endlich, Lidwien Stegeman and Jorrit Ponjee.
