Patrick advises on the full spectrum of transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, takeovers, growth equity investments, hybrid and insurance capital solutions, dispositions, and IPOs, among other corporate matters. Based in London, Patrick has extensive experience across a range of jurisdictions and industries.
Patrick was formerly a senior Director at KKR, the global investment firm, where he led the legal coverage of KKR’s private equity business across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
