Patrick Scott specialises in M&A and other corporate transactions for private capital sponsors.
Patrick advises on the full spectrum of transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, takeovers, growth equity investments, hybrid and insurance capital solutions, dispositions, and IPOs, among other corporate matters. Based in London, Patrick has extensive experience across a range of jurisdictions and industries.
Patrick was formerly a senior Director at KKR, the global investment firm, where he led the legal coverage of KKR’s private equity business across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.

- the acquisition of Technone
- the minority investment in Peak Reinsurance
- the exit from Sari Roti
- the firm's establishment in Abu Dhabi
- multiple undisclosed transactional matters across UK, Europe, and the Middle East
Asterion Industrial Partners and its portfolio companies in numerous matters, including:
- the 50:50 joint venture with TotalEnergies, in Greece, to operate and develop 424MW of wind and solar assets
- the equity financing for its €1.5 billion European biomethane platform
