Clifford Chance advises KKR on exit from Indonesia's Sari Roti
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised global investment firm KKR on its exit from PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (Sari Roti) to Leafgreen Capital and Gateway Partners Group.
The transaction highlights continued investor confidence in Indonesia's consumer sector and the market leadership of Sari Roti, Indonesia's leading mass-market bread producer.
Led by private equity partner Tom Lin, the Clifford Chance team advising KKR includes partner Patrick Scott in London and senior associate Hui Qi Lim and associate John Wu in Singapore. Partner Chin Seng Chew and associate Ken Li in Singapore advised on financing aspects.
