Clifford Chance Advises Vox Media in Sale of Select Media Assets to Lupa Systems
Global law firm Clifford Chance is advising Vox Media in connection with its agreement to sell New York Magazine, Vox, and the Vox Media Podcast Network to Lupa Systems, the media and technology holding company founded by James Murdoch. The acquired businesses will operate as a subsidiary of Lupa Systems under the Vox Media name.
