Clifford Chance advises Hearst on its proposed acquisition of DallasNews Corporation
New York/Houston: Global law firm Clifford has advised information, services and media company Hearst on its proposed acquisition of DallasNews Corporation (Nasdaq: DALN). The companies signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition, in which DallasNews shareholders will receive US$14.00 in cash for each share of DallasNews common stock they own.
