Clifford Chance has advised Pemba Capital Partners on the acquisition of Hunter Premium Funding
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Pemba Capital Partners on the acquisition of Hunter Premium Funding. Hunter Premium Funding is Allianz's insurance premium funding business in Australia and New Zealand.
In addition to advising on the acquisition, Clifford Chance advised on the associated acquisition financing, regulatory approvals and co-investment arrangements.

Partner Elizabeth Richmond led on antitrust and regulatory issues, supported by senior associates Angel Fu and Sam Frouhar.
This transaction continues Clifford Chance's longstanding relationship with Pemba Capital Partners in the private equity space, including advising on its acquisition of SuperConcepts – the self-managed superannuation fund administration and software business – from AMP.
