Clifford Chance advises Pemba Capital Partners on its partnership with SuperConcepts
Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Australian private equity firm Pemba Capital Partners on its partnership with the self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) administration and software business, SuperConcepts. The transaction involves the 100% acquisition by Pemba of SuperConcepts from AMP.
