Clifford Chance advised Deutsche Bank AG in the financing granted to Le Sereno Lago Di Como S.r.l, a company owner of Il Sereno Hotel, an award-winning ultra-luxury hotel located on Lake Como, Italy, and affiliated with KSL, a global private equity operator specializing in investments in the travel & leisure sector.
