Clifford Chance advises lenders on €275 million financing for Althio B.V.
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the lenders on the €275 million infrastructure financing deal for Althio B.V., the newly established tower company of KPN and APG (on behalf of ABP). Althio B.V. oversees the management and maintenance of approximately 3,800 “antenna sites”, including transmission towers and rooftop locations. For more details, please click here and here.
