Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Ki on its strategic transition to become a standalone business within the Fairfax Group. Ki, Lloyd’s first fully digital and algorithmically powered syndicate, is recognised for leveraging advanced technology and data-driven underwriting to redefine the insurance landscape. This milestone highlights Ki’s growth trajectory and positions it to further innovate and expand within the insurance sector.
Clifford Chance assisted on all aspects of the transaction including advising on corporate structuring, separation, regulatory requirements, transitional arrangements, intellectual property and employment matters.
