Clifford Chance advises Südzucker on €500 million bond issue
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Südzucker on the issue of a bond by Südzucker International Finance B.V. guaranteed by Südzucker AG which attracted €500 million from international markets.
Clifford Chance was not only involved in the 2025 Standalone, but has advised on various past standalone bonds of Südzucker The bond has a volume of €500 million, a term until 2032 and an annual coupon of 4.125 % p.a. The bond is admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Die globale Anwaltssozietät Clifford Chance hat Südzucker bei der Emission einer Anleihe durch die Südzucker International Finance B.V. beraten, die durch die Südzucker AG garantiert wird. Die Anleihe nahm €500 Millionen an den internationalen Märkten ein.
Clifford Chance war nicht nur an der 2025 Standalone-Anleiheemission beteiligt, sondern beriet auch bei früheren Standalone-Anleihen von Südzucker. Die Anleihe hat ein Volumen von €500 Millionen, eine Laufzeit bis 2032 und einen jährlichen Kupon von 4,125 % p.a. Sie ist am regulierten Markt der Luxemburger Börse zum Handel zugelassen.
