Clifford Chance advises on Bloks Group's IPO and listing in Hong Kong

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Goldman Sachs and Huatai Financial as the joint sponsors as well as the underwriters for Bloks Group Limited (Bloks Group) on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The IPO received substantial investor interest, ranking as one of the top three most oversubscribed, in terms of margin subscription, in the history of Hong Kong's capital markets.

Tim Wang, Chair of China Practice and partners Jean Thio and Tianning Xiang co-led the deal, with support from counsel Claire Cao and Qingyu Wu, senior associate Joy Chen, associates Ashley Sun and Ruonan Tang, trainee solicitor Ke Shi, legal analysts Menglin Liang, Binfu Luo and Zhong Zhuang.
