Clifford Chance advises Fiberhost and INEA on the up to PLN 2.77 billion financing
Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Fiberhost S.A., a fiber-optic network operator, and INEA sp. z o.o., internet and TV services provider, both from group of Odin Holdings Sarl (Macquire Asset Management portfolio company) on the up to PLN 2.77 billion financing granted by a consortium consisting of Santander Bank Polska S.A. (acting as Facility Agent and Security Agent), Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, ING Bank Śląski S.A., mBank S.A., Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń S.A., Powszechny Zakład Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A., Santander Bank Polska S.A. and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The financing was granted to implement the Group's strategic goals, expand the range of services on open fibre networks and refinance existing debt.
The Clifford Chance legal team was led by Kacper Bardan (Counsel) and supervised by Andrzej Stosio (Partner) from the Warsaw office. The Warsaw team also included Artur Gładysz (Associate), Mateusz Leleno (Associate) and Oskar Ratajczak (Associate). The Luxembourg team included Stefanie Ferring (Partner), Aubry Kocian (Senior Associate) and Javier Fernandez-Becerra (Associate). The financing team was supported by the Warsaw corporate team which prepared the due diligence report for the purposes of the financing.
