Stefanie is a finance and restructuring practitioner with extensive experience advising on high-value, complex and cross-border restructurings, insolvencies and special situations. Her practice also covers rescue finance, distressed M&A, non-performing loan portfolio sales and collateral enforcement.  She acts for a broad range of stakeholders, including banks, credit funds, financial sponsors, corporates and directors. 

Stefanie also advises across the whole spectrum of lending activities with a particular focus on real estate finance across Europe, advising both lenders (senior and mezzanine) and borrowers on acquisition financings, development financings, senior and mezzanine structures, and loan-on-loan financings across all real estate asset classes. Her experience spans Luxembourg and numerous European jurisdictions, including pan-European transactions.

She is a regular conference speaker and was a guest lecturer in insolvency law at the University of Luxembourg.
