Clifford Chance advises Banco Santander, BBVA and Tresmares Capital on a financing granted to L-GAM
Madrid: Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised a syndicate of lenders on the financing granted to L-GAM in connection with the acquisition from the Spanish fund Portobello of Trison, a leading company specialised in digital signage.
The Clifford Chance multijurisdictional team was led by Global Financial Markets Partner, Epifanio Pérez, together with Counsel María Sabau and associates Ignacio Magariños, James Rodier, Alejandro Cubillo and Lucía Domínguez from the Madrid office, as well as Partner Marc Mehlen and associate Luana Tamod from the Luxembourg office.
