Clifford Chance advises AGP on Stonepeak’s strategic investment in its portfolio of sustainable real assets

Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised AGP Sustainable Real Assets (AGP) on Stonepeak’s strategic investment into AGP. Headquartered in APAC, AGP is a leading global developer and operator of real assets and projects aimed at building a sustainable and net-zero emissions future. The investment from Stonepeak will accelerate the expansion of AGP's portfolio of renewable energy, social housing and logistics assets. Completion is subject to customary conditions.

Clifford Chance's cross-border team was co-led by partners Mark Currell and Tom Lin, with a core deal team of counsel John Karantonis and Jervis Chan, senior associates Victor Leung and David Ho, associates Rob Colemeadow, Joshua Yan and Josephine Tang, and law graduate Kate Procter.

AGP is presently developing, constructing, delivering or operating globally an aggregate portfolio of over 12GW of renewable energy assets, 5msqft of modern logistics warehousing, 310MW of data centre capacity, and 20msqft of community housing.
