Clifford Chance Amsterdam strengthens its Financial Markets Group with the hire of Marijke van der Weide as counsel

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance welcomes Marijke van der Weide as counsel into its Financial Markets Group in Amsterdam. Marijke has broad and extensive experience in structured finance and securitisation. She advises (inter)national corporate enterprises, lease companies, mortgage providers and financial institutions, including banks, financial investors and insurance companies.

Marijke joins Clifford Chance from Loyens & Loeff, where she worked since 2011. She was also seconded to the capital markets & treasury team of Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. (2015), the capital markets team of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York (2017) and the finance & real estate team of Dechert LLP in New York (2017). Marijke is featured in legal directory Legal500 as an emerging name in Banking and Finance: Asset Finance and Structured Finance.
