Clifford Chance advised Pon Holdings, a leading international mobility group and owner of several bike companies, in relation to its syndicated financing arrangements including for the purpose of acquiring Dorel Sports.
It makes Pon a great global player with a portfolio that covers fifteen top brands and a presence in just about all segments and on virtually all continents.
