Clifford Chance advised ING, BNP Paribas and Rabobank on Triodos' premier issue of EUR 250 million Green Subordinated Tier 2 Notes. Triodos is a global pioneer in sustainable banking with a goal to change the banking system so that it is more transparent and supports economic, social and environmental sustainability.
