Clifford Chance advises NPM Capital on the financing of the acquisition of Infinitas Learning

Clifford Chance has advised NPM Capital on the syndicated Term Loan B financing of the acquisition by NPM Capital of educational content provider Infinitas Learning and its publishing houses.

Infinitas Learning is a key European provider of innovative products and services for learning and education. Infinitas Learning is the parent company of well-established educational content brands in the Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden. This acquisition, along with the consolidation with the FutureWhiz business acquired by NPM Capital in 2020, is in line with NPM’s thematic investment approach and aim to expand and enhance the digital learning experience.
