Clifford Chance advises Dongfeng and BNP Paribas on the accelerated bookbuild offering of shares in the capital of Stellantis
A Clifford Chance team acted as transaction counsel advising long-standing clients Dongfeng and BNP Paribas on the accelerated bookbuild offering of ordinary shares in the capital of Dutch company Stellantis N.V., a leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions (combining Fiat Chrysler and PSA) and listed in the US, France and Italy.
The offering consisted of 36.1 million shares in the capital of Stellantis N.V., representing c. 1.2% of Stellantis N.V.'s share capital, raising gross proceeds of around 600 million euros. Launch of the accelerated bookbuild offering took place on 7 September 2021, with pricing on 13 September 2021.
BNP Paribas acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner. Clifford Chance acted as transaction counsel for both Dongfeng and BNP Paribas.
