Clifford Chance advised in the sale of 75% of the share capital of EOLO to Partners Group
EOLO, the leading Italian Wi-Max provider, has signed an agreement for the sale of 75% of the share capital to Partners Group that will take over its stake in EOLO from Searchlight Capital Partners and from Cometa, a vehicle controlled by Luca Spada, President and founder of EOLO.
Clifford Chance acted as legal advisor to Cometa and to the founder of EOLO Luca Spada with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Paolo Sersale and counsel Filippo Isacco, assisted by associates Carolina Ribaldone, Elisa Ielpo and Giulia Ricci (all Corporate, Milan).
