Clifford Chance has advised EQT on the EUR 881 million voluntary takeover bid over Solarpack Corporación Tecnológica, S.A.
Solarpack's shareholders Beraunberri, S.L., Burgest 2007, S.L. and Landa LLC have already agreed to sell their shares (50.957% stake) to EQT. The takeover bid is a Public to Private Transaction (P2P), as EQT intends to delist Solarpack.
