Clifford Chance advises UBS AM on the acquisition of office property BOLD on Strijp-S in Eindhoven

Clifford Chance has advised UBS Asset Management Real Estate and Private Markets ("UBS AM") on the acquisition and due diligence of the BOLD office property in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, on behalf of an institutional mandate managed from Geneva, Switzerland. The 9,700 square meter office property will be built at the top of Strijp-S, Philips’ former industrial estate in Eindhoven.
