Clifford Chance advised the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund on its acquisition of 100% of the shares in the company Industrial Division, trading under the Cargounit brand, the largest private locomotive leasing company in Poland and the sixth largest company in the rolling stock industry in Europe. The Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund was established in 2019 and invests in energy, transport and digital infrastructure in the region.
The transaction team was led by Wojciech Polz, a partner in the Corporate/M&A Practice of the Clifford Chance Warsaw office, and comprised Karol Kulhawik (Senior Associate), Aleksandra Właszczuk (Associate) and Arkadiusz Walkowicz (Associate).

Fundusz Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund został założony w 2019 roku. Inwestuje w energetykę, transport i infrastrukturę cyfrową w regionie.
