Aleksandra Właszczuk focuses on projects related to M&A transactions and corporate restructuring. During secondment at the Clifford Chance Amsterdam office, she worked on a number of cross-border transactions for international clients. Aleksandra also has extensive experience in joint-venture and PE transactions. She advises clients on their day-to-day activities.
