Clifford Chance Amsterdam advised on a new EUR 600 million RCF for Wolters Kluwer N.V.

Clifford Chance Amsterdam has advised ING Bank N.V. (as documentation agent and sustainability coordinator) and the other syndicate members on the implementation of a new three year EUR 600 million revolving facility agreement for Wolters Kluwer N.V. This facility agreement includes a swingline facility, an option to introduce (at the election of Wolters Kluwer N.V.) sustainability or ESG targets and two one-year extension options. The new facility agreement replaces the existing RCF for Wolters Kluwer N.V. that was set to mature in July 2021.
