Clifford Chance advises on the acquisition of Lenbach Gärten office properties in Munich by Hines
International law firm Clifford Chance has provided legal and tax advice to the buyer on the acquisition of the two office properties of the Lenbach Gärten property in Munich. The acquisition was carried out by the international real estate company Hines on behalf of two investors. The seller is the Norwegian state fund Norges.
The two high-quality office buildings in inner-city locations offer around 30,000 square meters of space and are fully let. They are part of a 2007 project development by architects Hilmer, Sattler, Albrecht and Steidle with a mixed use of working, living, restaurants and a 5-star hotel.

Der Erwerb erfolgte durch das internationale Immobilienunternehmen Hines im Auftrag zweier Investoren. Verkäufer ist der norwegische Staatsfonds Norges.
Die beiden hochwertigen Bürogebäude in Innenstadtlage bieten eine Fläche von rund 30.000 Quadratmeter und sind voll vermietet.
