International law firm Clifford Chance has advised BNP Paribas Securities Services on a strategic investment in Munich-based Fintech service provider AssetMetrix GmbH, a leading European next generation asset servicing provider for private capital investors.

The partnership with AssetMetrix enables BNP Paribas Securities Services to expand and digitize its service offering to institutional investors and asset managers investing in private equity or private debt. This enables clients to leverage powerful analytics and reporting tools for unlisted investments, optimizing their decision-making processes and improving their risk controlling.
