Stefan Simon advises national and international companies on individual and collective labour law. He conducts negotiations with works councils, advises on corporate codetermination, represents clients in court and coordinates employment law related international projects.
In particular, he advises on employment aspects of the acquisition, reorganisation and restructuring of companies.
