Clifford Chance advises Rabobank on the project financing of the 68.4MW Nylandsbergen wind farm in Sweden

A joint team from Amsterdam, London and Düsseldorf has advised Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. The wind farm, comprising of 18 Vestas V136 3.8MW wind turbine generators, has been developed and constructed by Eolus Vind and was sold post-completion to Aquila Capital. This transaction marks the fourth Swedish wind farm on which Clifford Chance Amsterdam has recently advised Rabobank, being the third with Aquila Capital.

The Clifford Chance team was led by Hein Tonnaer and Florian Mahler, assisted by Liesbeth Buiter, Joseph Woodworth, Philip Walsh, Jasper Wesselman, Axel Schlieter and Johanneke Butijn. Cirio Advokatbyrå AB assisted Rabobank on Swedish law matters.
