Clifford Chance advised Elenia Networks on the sale of Elenia Heat

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Elenia Oy, the second largest electricity distribution system operator in Finland, on the successful divestment of its district heating business, Elenia Lämpö Oy (Elenia Heat).

Building on prior roles for Elenia Oy and its sponsors, Clifford Chance acted as international counsel for the sale process, which resulted in the recent announcement of the sale to a consortium consisting of SL Capital Infrastructure II SCSP, DIF Infrastructure V Coöperatief U.A. and LPPI Infrastructure Investments LP.
