Nigel is Co-Head of Corporate, Europe and a partner in our private capital practice in London, with a focus on clean energy and infrastructure transactions. Nigel possesses an exceptional ability to lead complex cross-border transactions with precision and strategic insight. He specialises in shareholder equity arrangements, joint ventures and platform agreements. Nigel led the firm's Middle East Corporate practice from 2010 - 2015 and works regularly on cross-border matters across emerging markets, particularly in Africa, and has a wealth of experience in navigating issues arising out of diverse legal landscapes.
