Clifford Chance advises VINCI on the issue of its inaugural US$ 1 billion bond
Clifford Chance has advised VINCI on the issue of a US$ 1 billion bond, maturing in April 2029 and carrying an annual coupon of 3.750%. The offering was made to institutional investors, including in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A.
This first issue in US$ enables VINCI to further diversify its sources of funding and its bond investor base, by accessing the American bond market.
The Clifford Chance Paris-based team advising VINCI was composed of Alex Bafi, partner, Olivier Plessis, counsel, and Ryan Bosch and Nicholas Brock, associates, advising on US securities law matters and New York law, and Cédric Burford, partner, and Auriane Bijon, counsel, advising on matters of French law.

Clifford Chance a conseillé VINCI dans le cadre de son émission obligataire inaugurale de 1 milliard de dollars américains. Cette dernière, à échéance avril 2029, est assortie d’un coupon annuel de 3,750 %. L'émission a été réalisée auprès d'investisseurs institutionnels, notamment aux États-Unis, conformément à la règle 144A.
Cette première émission en dollars US permet à VINCI de poursuivre la diversification de ses sources de financement et de sa base d’investisseurs en accédant au marché obligataire américain.
