Clifford Chance advised TRU Simulation + Training on its joint venture with FlightSafety International

Clifford Chance advised TRU Simulation + Training Inc., a subsidiary of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), in connection with its joint venture with FlightSafety International, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. The joint venture will provide industry-leading training solutions for Textron's broad product line of business and general aviation aircraft, including certain aircraft manufactured by Textron Aviation Inc., a Textron Inc. subsidiary. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
