Clifford Chance advises BNP Paribas REIM and Vestas Investment Management on the acquisition and financing of the building So Ouest Plaza
Clifford Chance has advised a fund represented by BNP Paribas REIM, the OPPCI Vestas French Real Estate, whose investor is Vestas Investment Management, a Korean institutional investor, on the acquisition from Unibail-Rodamco and the financing of the building So Ouest Plaza, located in Levallois-Perret.
The net disposal price of the deal, which follows a sale agreement signed in February 2017, is €473.8 million.
Designed by Barthélémy & Grino Architectes, So Ouest Plaza is a fully restructured property of more than 40,000 m², including 36,500 m² of office space and an 8-room cinema theatre. The building is fully let to L'Oréal and Pathé on long-term lease contracts. It has the HQE Excellent and BREEAM Excellent certifications.

Le prix net vendeur de la transaction, qui fait suite à la signature d'une promesse de vente en février 2017, est de 473,8 M€.
Dessiné par le cabinet Barthélémy & Grino Architectes, So Ouest Plaza est un ensemble immobilier entièrement restructuré de plus de 40 000 m² dont près de 36 500 m² de bureaux et un cinéma de 8 salles. L’immeuble est entièrement loué à L’Oréal et Pathé au titre de baux à long-terme. Il bénéficie des certifications HQE Excellent et BREEAM Excellent.
