Clifford Chance advises Deloitte on major pre let of 1 New Street Square

A multi-disciplinary team from Clifford Chance has advised Deloitte on the pre let of the whole building of 1 New Street Square, currently under construction by Land Securities.  Deloitte will take 275,000 square foot of space on a 20-year lease at the site, which is set to be completed in 12 months.
