Clifford Chance advises Eurasian Resources Group on £3 billion offer for Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC

International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Eurasian Resources Group on its £3 billion offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC (ENRC).

Eurasian Resources has offered US$2.65 in cash and 0.23 Kazakhmys share for each ENRC share. The total offer is approximately 234.3p per ENRC share and £3.043 billion on ENRC's equity. Eurasian Resources is a consortium comprising Alexander Machkevitch, Alijan Ibragimove, Patokh Chodiev and the State Property and Privatisation Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
