30 April 2020

On 28 April 2020, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate published the regulation implementing the guarantee scheme in connection with the coronavirus outbreak (Garantie ondernemingsfinanciering uitbraakcoronavirus) (the "GO-C Regulation").
