Clifford Chance advises on Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia's US$1 billion notes issuance
Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Deutsche Bank and Santander, as joint bookrunners, in connection with the issue of Bolivia’s 9.450% notes due 2031 in an aggregate principal amount of US$1 billion.
The cross-border team was led by partners Deborah Zandstra in London and Hugo Triaca in New York, supported by senior associates Lucia Ferrer and Azam Taiyeb in London and foreign lawyer Juan Andrés Bosch in Madrid.
